Hayle 4 - 0 Helston

With no game last week the Beez entertained the current league champions who started the game in high hopes after winning four on the bounce, however playing against a strong wind the Beez had the best chances and to no surprise going 1 up through Sol Coppolla. Helston relied on a strong wind at their backs and played a long ball but the Hayle defence held well HT 1-0. at the turn around the Beez played some neat passing football going 2-0 through sol. Callum George was fouled in the box and up stepped Jack Ramsey to make it 3-0, Hayle continued to dominate and after making four changes Sol completed his hatrick, a very good all round performance from all the lads .

Hayle 12 - 0 St Ives

On a very blustery day the Beez cruised to the record high score in the league this season, although they started sluggish but after 10 minutes and 1 seemingly good goal disallowed the first half was controlled by Hayle with Barney Poznansky scoring first further goals from Callum George, George Hatton (2), Jack Ramsey and Sam Kemp made it 6-0 at half time. After some changes the Beez once again took a little time to settle but carried on scoring through Hatton, George (2) Ramsey, Poznansky and Kemp. a good all round performance with the team keeping its shape and discipline, Andy Coppolla was outstanding in midfield.

Wendron 1 - 3 Hayle

The Beez travelled to Wendron with the home side yet to concede a goal this season and looked to continue there good start by going ahead after 7 seconds, Wendron put Hayle under pressure for the next 15 minutes but for good work from Matt Lee in goal the Beez could have been further behind . Hayle then got into their stride and after a shot was well saved by the Wendron keeper Barney Poznansky reacted first to nod in the rebound, the Beez then controlled the rest of the half and went in at the break 2- 1 up thanks to a well taken goal from Sol Coppolla. Wendron came out in the second half but the Beez responded well and it was the Wendron keepers turn to keep his team in the game with a string of good stops, in a pulsating finish Sol coolly rounded the keeper to make the final score 3-1 and put the Beez firmly on top of the table.

Hayle 7 - 0 Trevenson

The Beez an out worthy winners but a change of formation at kick off clearly upset Hayle's usual flowing football, in a dire first half the beez went in 1-0 thanks to a goal from Sam Kemp. a change back to 4-4-2 improved things with Calum George making it 2-0 swiftly followed by James Bolithios first goal for the club, the Beez were in complete control when Calum scored his second, Sol Coppolla then struck to make it 5-0, Calum capped a great personal performance with 2 more. a good display against Trevenson who never gave up.

Hayle 5 - 2 Newquay

The beez returned to winning ways with a stylish performance against one of the leagues strongest sides, Hayle opened very brightly playing some lovely flowing football missing several good chances. After 25 minutes Sol Coppolla headed in a cross from Sam Kemp after some great approach play started by George Hatton HT 1-0. The second started much the same with Hayle taking control and scoring through Hatton, Sol was then upended in the box and the ref pointed to the spot. Jack Ramsey calmly slotted home. It was no surprise when Sol added his second, soon to be followed by George"s second . Newquay continued to battle and were rewarded with a penalty, moments later a deflected shot beat matt in goal. Overall 5-2 a good days work, well done lads.

Hayle 2 - 2 Alverton

The Beez dropped their first points of the season to a very physical Alverton side who came with a game plan to stop the Beez from playing their passing football, with one player in particular encouraged to apply the techniques of another sport with an oval ball. Alverton took the lead on 20 minutes from a corner, after another 10 minutes or so of pressure the Beez equalised through George Hatton with another sweetly taken goal. 5 minutes before the interval jack Ramsey struck with a 25 yard free kick giving the keeper no chance. Alverton started the second half in the same robust style and equalized with a well taken shot from outside the box, the game then turned into a dull affair with Hayle missing a bag full of chances, it was a relief to finish the game injury free and the Beez will continue to play football in the correct way, but will need to compete with teams who wish to intimidate them.

ST Ives 1 - 7 Hayle

The Beez kicked off the new season in fine form on a blisteringly hot day, from the 2nd minute when Sam Kemp scored the Beez were in complete control, with further goals from Jack Ramsey, George Hatton and Sol Coppolla cruising to a 4-0 half time lead, with the Beez playing some of the best passing football seen at that level. Inevitably the second half was a little lack lustre with the heat playing a major part on both teams, although Sol added 3 more to his tally, with ST Ives replying with 1.
