About Hayle FC

The Club is based at Trevassack Park, on the southerly outskirts of Hayle, West Cornwall. We are on a freehold site owned soley by the Club, and administered by four trustees. They oversee an executive committee who in turn, make recomendations to the main committee, who run the Club on a day to day basis. As the Club has grown over the years, both in playing numbers and value, it has now become prudent to change the status, we are now in the final stages of becoming a Company Limited by Guarantee.

We are on a ten acre site, split into two by a road, the primary site comprises the main pitch , with small covered stand, alongside is the youth pitch and a 1300 sq metre floodlit training pitch. The training pitch is basically tarmac, but recently we have aquired some artificial grass tiles, these cover about 900 metres and improve the quality of the facility tremendously. This site also houses the clubhouse and changing rooms.

On the other side of the road are two more pitches, a full size, which doubles as training and third/fourth team league fixtures. Alongside this is a mini soccer pitch for the 7 a side youth games. The Club has four men's teams, the first team play in Division 1 (west) of the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League. The Reserve side play in the Jolly's Cornwall Combination League. The third and fourth team play in the Whirlwind Sports Falmouth and Helston League.
The Hayle Ladies play in the Jaipur Cornwall League Division 2 . Ladies games are normally played on a Sunday afternoon, with a 2.30 kick off.

On the youth side of the club teams start at under 8's, and there is also under 9's 10's and 11's these teams all come under Hayle's games programme run by UEFA B coach Mike Shilton. Also on the youth side of of Hayle Fc there are five other teams. These are under 12's, 13's, 14's, under 15's Beez and under 15's Storm. All of these youth sides play in the Kernow youth league.
